A dog in Olympia, Washington, managed to save the employer and best friend, a homeless who almost lost his life, if not quickly receive assistance.
On Wednesday (6/2) afternoon local time, the man whose identity was not informed police at the paper slip leash dog named Buddy that it requests help. Since morning, the man could not move and just lay on the floor of the emergency house he built and hidden behind the trees, near the region of Tumwater.
"That was the last his efforts. He thought he was going to die," said the detective Jen Kolb of the Tumwater Police Department.
Fortunately, a woman who used to take the dog for a walk to see Buddy and woodlands of paper tucked behind the rope. The word "help" written in large letters, with a request: "Send help. It's not a joke. I can not walk."
The woman was then directly call the emergency number 911, but I forgot it was written in the message is the name and location of the person who asks for help. However, behind the paper was a picture of the direction to the Department of Social and Health Washington, which habitually maintains a bum.
Police to explore the woodlands, which is a lot of homeless people occupied, and locate the injured man. In a short time, the man was eventually found and taken to a nearby hospital in Olympia.
"This dog is his friend, and the only thing he really rely on when in need," said Kold.
"This is one story that inspires, that is reminiscent of Lassie," he continued.
The homeless man is now undergoing restoration, while his dog, Buddy, was taken by the department of animal services.
