How Often Dogs should be bathed?

There are no standard rules about how often we actually need to bathe a dog. Because it depends on various factors such as the quality and texture of dog fur (whether long, short, smooth, curly or wavy) will determine how quickly accumulate dirt, skin problems, or not, and lifestyle and activities also affect dogs, for example, a dog that is always yorkshire inside the house will be less frequent than with the bath needs sheepdog is often located outside the home and loves to play chase in the landless. Other factors such as skin allergies, dandruff, lice, or the smell of dog also determine how often you should bathe your dog.

Is your dog more often in outdoor or indoor?

Generally, the reason a dog wash is to remove dust and dirt, dead hair removal, deodorizing dog in a dog that has oily fur and feathers to embellish the appearance of the dog. Bath routine is actually not necessary for the health of the hair or the health of the dog itself (referred to here is for dogs with normal skin, except for dogs that have skin problems or others). In fact, with frequent bathing can remove the natural luster of feathers and make it rough and dry. For most dogs, brushing or combing fur regularly to keep fur and skin in good condition and reducing the frequency of the need for a shower. Vet advised to bathe dogs with normal skin once a month.

Things that need to be considered when bathing your dog:
- Before washing the dog, dog hair brush used to avoid matted fur and throw feathers fall out. If this step is not performed, the hair is wet and matted when the shower will be very difficult to overcome.

- It is essential to use a special shampoo the dog, do not use human shampoo. Dog skin PH is neutral (7-7.4). Human shampoos have a different pH (most acidic) and often use harsher detergents than dog shampoo. You will instead increase the damage the dog's hair when wearing shamppo humans. Always make sure you are rinsing with really clean as the rest of the shampoo can make your dog's skin irritation.

- After bathing make sure the dog hair as dry as possible, especially for a dog that has long hair and undercoat. You can use a blow dryer special dog. We recommend that you do not use a hair dryer humans because hot air produced can damage the feathers and may burn the dog's skin. While the particular dog hair dryer does not generate heat but generates wind at high speed so that air can get in to the skin and push out the ruffled feathers.
