"Bart is a modern dog trainer, dog training system that is NePOPO inspired by nearly 40 years of experience covering history, education, life experiences, political, and practicality. Bart grew up in Central Burundi, East Africa between 1960 and 1974. It was a beautiful childhood, on the one hand, with parents & siblings loving nan intelligent. Starting in 1986, the world began Bart ringsports. He developed a passion and follow all ringsports like Frenchring, Mondio Ring, KNPV and IPO.
