Spain has a public toilet for dogs

 

The town of El Vendrell, northeast Spain, had a surefire way to overcome the usual dog poop littering the streets of the city. They put public toilets specifically for dogs.

Toilet of iron was a relief from the maker Enric Girona for the city, as reported by the Daily Mail newspaper on Wednesday (07/09/2014). The toilet was able to quickly clean up the dog without making the animal in pain.

But some residents of the city say the toilet was useless.

"The toilet is not useful. Animals are not toys. They used to urinate, defecate, and returned home. They also need to socialize," said a dog owner.

"The problem for us, for dogs, is an ingredient in this toilet. I think it's better if it is made of grass," said the other dog owners.

But not all dog owners that dog refused public toilets.

"I agree. If the mayor does not levy an additional tax for building a dog toilet, I have no problem," said the other dog owners.

The toilet is made of iron that could draw water for cleaning up dog poop.

The dog owners who do not clean up dog feces after defecation will be fined Rp 11.8 million.
